I would pend the mot of my PE leon to exercie rather than tudy in cla. There are variou activitie, uch a playing table tenni, playing football and o on. While, I jut love running, epecially the long-ditance running for it exercie my endurance and pereverance only it i beneficial to prevent and cure dieae, but it can alleviate my preure from tudy.

So, every time I have difficulty in my tudy, I alway run on the playground for relax. Then I would feel better and focu on my tudy again.

Thi afternoon we had a PE leon. Our teacher taught u to practie the long jump. When the bell rang, we gathered on the playground. After warming-up exercie, the teacher told u the way of long jump and howed u how to do it. Then we followed the teacher and practied one after another. Soon came my turn, but I felt a hit nervou. Though I failed the firt time, yet I didn't loe my heart. I kept on practiing. At lat I wa able to jump over 3 meter.

From thi leon I came to ee that one will ucceed if he ha pereverance.

I like playing volleyball that it’ my favorite port. Since I learned to playvolleyball in PE two year ago8堂激活码代充 I wa badly intereted in it. Therefore, I learnedit with my volleyball teacher. And half a year later, I joined the choolvolleyball team. It’ uch an excellent team that I have a great time. Ipractice with my team mate every afternoon. And we have played many matchetogether. Except the award we get, I cherih the preciou affection between meand team mate and volleyball. And playing volleyball make me realize howimportant of union and teamwork.
